Of course. Cannibalism has been considered wrong legally, morally, ethically, and any other way you would care to think about it from time immemorial. It is among the most widely held human taboos, existing in nearly every culture. To engage in it would be to commit one of the most heinous possible crimes...UNLESS it is a pure survival situation, such as in the case of the soccer team who's plane crashed in the Andes, and who consumed human flesh to survive. Under those circumstances, most humans are revolted but prepared to look the other way.
