What is the ideal length for a spiral perm?
In other words...how long should your hair be in order to get one for optimum results?

I personally wouldn't get one at all... They are super damaging to your hair and many people's hair does not perm well anyways. Most of the people who I know that have gotten perms ended up regretting it. I think it would have to be at least shoulder length though or else it will shrink and be very short and puffy.
