How Do Republican Voters Feel About their Party's Meaningless Vote on the Debt Ceiling?

I see plenty of gloating, but in reality the vote for the debt ceiling that the House rejected is not really binding. It was a symbolic measure designed to let people know that they are serious about reducing spending. In the end, they still have to raise the debt ceiling and they will.

Speaker John Boehner said Wednesday that the debt ceiling “needs to be” raised in the next month, the clearest time line the House leader has set for increasing the nation’s borrowing capability.

“I just think we’re now in June, this really needs to be done over the next month if we’re serious about no brinksmanship, no rattling investors,” the Ohio Republican told a group of reporters in his Capitol office suite.

So how do you Republicans feel knowing that this was sound and fury signifying nothing, because they still have to and will raise the debt ceiling within a month?

Update:

The one> No, the fact has not been lost on me in the least. And I am just as dissatisfied with Dems for not having plans to address the economy and jobs. But sometimes, Republicans need a dose of reality about their party's equally ineffective tactics.

Update 3:

Angel? No Half-Truths. You are clinging to some idea that there's gonna be some massive collaboration to make cuts before the debt ceiling vote hits the floor, you are delusional. The Republicans will have to fold on this....you heard it here first.

to be honest, nothing has been done in congress in the last few month. it is all political posturing and dems are playing the same exact games, surely you are not fooled into thinking this is only the reps doing this? you have to be more informed than that.

I feel great about it. It really made Obama look stupid, and any Democrat that voted for it. The American people are tired of this reckless spending, and the never ending increasing debt. We need to learn to live with a $2.2 trillion budget. Pay the interest, pay the military, and pay out Medicare. After that, make the hard decisions of what really needs to be done. No more pork, no more duplicated waste.

We can't keep pushing this problem off on our next several generations.

Again, the half-truths come out. Always wanting to state something without putting all the cards on the table. Speaker Boehner clearly stated several times that there will not be a debt-limit raising without cuts in spending that exeed what the raise is.

LMFAO..ROFL...is this a serious question???? LMFAO...your question/rant has no answer as it makes no sense. VIRTUALLY ANYTHING that draws attention to the inept leadership of obama has valid meaning and as such your question/rant is contradictory in nature.
