God ? Why do people like to argue a lot about God whom they haven't experienced?

I think an even more important question is how can you know God until you've sought God with an OPEN MIND? There will always be more to learn about the All of Everything, no matter how much you know.

Most people are willing to be told their belief, settling either in religion, atheism or science. Very, very few accept or understand that God is all of these and more. Very few have the courage to stand where science and faith meld into one perfect synthesis. A singularity, a zero-point of truth that really would be their awakening.

Most are too afraid to look ;)

Why do people (religious) need to shove God down people's throats?

Because people blindly believe in something that does not exist and try to convince others that the lie is not said lie.
