I'd recommend adding cardio to your lifting. Running 45-60 minutes every day does wonders and eating healthy does as well. Workouts are good, but they aren't a magic cure. You have to commit to doing it every day.

Felicity, there is not any handy reply for that irrespective of what someone might let you know. I might let you know, as a Christian, that well works are predominant however they don't lay the basis of Salvation, i.e., heaven. The basis is perception in God and the recognition that Jesus died so that you would repent your sins and transparent your possess approach to heaven. But when you think in anything absolutely special, then you may also reject Christian salvation perception. But that does not imply you're going one location or an extra once you die. We aren't intended to understand our disposition, we will be able to best do what's requested people and HOPE and pray for heaven and determine your salvation with worry and trembling, because the Apostle Paul did. You gets plenty of very sensible solutions from sensible humans right here, however there is not any sensible reply due to the fact that you do not but seem to have a basis of ideals on which to relaxation. If you're a Christian, I can deliver you just a little extra of a nuanced reply, however no longer understanding wherein you're coming from, I can best let you know my perception from my standpoint.
