Can I see the past/future?

Ok so live next to a fire station well not really but it's up a hill and I have a dream when it was all grass and no concrete and all land and it felt so real I didn't think it was a dream and I'm only 13 so this is really freaky but this isn't the first one a couple months ago I had a dream of this boy I NEVER MET OR SEEN HIM EVVVERRRR. And I saw him in my dream and it's felt so pleasant and real he made me feel safe and loved and hopeful and so good I lved it and I cried every time I woke up but that was probably because I was despret for someone to love me you know that feeling you get when your with that special person , anyway so a month ago I saw him at my physical test and he looked exactly like him but we didn't talk or anything and the thing wi the fire station it really freaked my out because it looked so real and when I was walking past it a day ago I thought I was empty but the station was still there and it was weird I was surprised and I don't know what it means I had a several but don't remember them I remember waking up crying because I wanted someone to hug and sit by the fire but the fire station dream felt like a past you know before it was built just this empty place full oh grass like old crass wheat that kind the tall grasss Hahahah yeah so can I see the past or the future oh and one more thing sometimes I have these feeling when something big is gonna happen and it does like cats and dogs freak out before like an earthquake or something that kind of feeling and it's just weird . I'm a girl if that helps it probably doesn't lol thanks everyone ........
