A geyser/boiler is used to make the tap water hot. What is the instrument used to cool the tap water ?
When you take a bath, you put on the boiler/geyser and the water turns cold. I want to know if there is any product or instrument by which i can turn the water cold. I have been transferred in the Middle East and the tap water in the summers is as hot as its coming thru a boiler. Help me please.

First, mechanical or non-mechanical?
In a mechanical situation, you need to have something much like an automobile radiator and holding tanks enclosed in a refrigerated unit that will operate at desired cold temperatures.
In a non-mechanical unit, run a straight piece of pipe through a container of liquid nitrogen. You MUST maintain a steady water flow or it will freeze. I have heard of people using a double line in case of freezing (a pipe within a pipe).
Example:
In an approved liquid nitrogen container, drill a hole through the container large enough to accommodate say a 1" pipe. Weld it securely in place so there is NO leakage. Run a say 1/2" supply pipe through 1" pipe. If freezing occurs, simply remove the 1/2" pipe, thaw and replace.
For your specific wants and needs, you may have to do some experimenting!
