Crested Geckos and Golden Geckos living together?
Hello, I am a owner of multiple reptiles. And due to the stupidity of many online users, I'm gonna clarify that I do know that mixing species is not recommended. I am not a beginner, owned these guys for more than 5 years. I currently do not have any terrarium or vivarium with two species together. My golden gecko enjoys eating CGD(Crested Gecko Diet) more so than my cresties! The CGD is greatly beneficial to both species. They live in environments that are exactly identical such as humidity, temperature, and substrate. I am currently building my own large terrarium, I'm making it large enough to house all my cresteds (because my terrariums aren't large enough to keep the same gender together without territorial issues) and put many eating dishes in to further avoid territorial conflict and i was thinking of allowing my golden gecko to live amongst them. My terrarium will be more than large enough to give them all plenty of room so I know they won't be aggressive because I use to keep them housed together when I had a larger tank(excluding the golden gecko). Basically, I really just want someone with some real experience of having multiple species in a terrarium together. Will this combination work? please give facts on why they cannot be kept together if that is the case, opinions are welcomed if informative and backed with detail. Let me know what you think most of all!

Ok I have experience not only with housing multiple species together, but the fortune of having housed multiple species of geckos together. It has been my experience, that although not overly hostile when they are the same size, Crested Geckos have an overwhelming urge to go after somebody else's tail. I had my other two geckos (Giant Day and Flying) lose their tails to her despite her being the fattest and healthiest animal in the tank. Looking at Golden Geckos (never having owned any myself), the size and overall housing seems to make them compatible, but I would look for signs of aggression during the later hours, particular towards going for tails. Otherwise I don't think there would be any sort of problem in terms of one not getting enough food or one actually trying to eat the other one. I'm also curious to know where you got your Goldens, because I've never seen that type of gecko and I've seen a fair amount of 'em.

I wouldn't recommend it. That frog could become lunch once your cresties are big enough. They also have entiely different habitat requirements, and don't eat the same stuff.
