what's the title of this movie?

Few years ago I watched an indian movie that I really like. It is about a village girl who wanted to be a famous star (someone like Madhuri, i guess). She has such a 'celebrity' attitude that made her stand out among the locals in her village. Some people think she's crazy though. To pursue her dream, she went to the city, accompanied by her loyal male friend (who is not very attractive). She tried to join some productions but always rejected.

In the end, however, she managed to star a movie.

I forget the complete plot, but i think that's the funniest and the most realistic indian movie i've ever seen. The leading actress can act and dance very well. If you know this movie, please tell me. Thanks alot for everyone.
