Why do country's still have there own army?

we have enough weapons to destroy the world multiple times

we have weapons that can destroy city's halfway around the world

we have mad in place to prevent superpowers from fighting

so why don't we outsource army's?

Update:

we the people/nations

i mean if we outsource the army we would only need 2 army's in the world and the rest of the world can reduce there military budget to 0 unless attacked,

We do. Since the beginning of history, there have been mercenaries.

More recently, especially during the cold war years, the superpowers conducted their wars using surrogates and client states. (North Vietnam and North Korea were supported by the Soviet Union and China, the US supported Afghanistan against the Soviet Union).

More recently, many countries have had to deal with state sponsored terrorists. These are loosely associated groups who are financed and armed by soverign governments. (Libya, Iran, and Iraq have supported insurgencies in the middle east; Cuba used to support "revolutions" in Africa and South America)

Mutual Assured Destruction (MAD) can only work with a limited number of nuclear powers. As smaller and less stable governments obtain nuclear capability, the danger of nuclear exchange gets worse and worse.
