Why do people turn their back on God when bad things happen and blame him for everything that does happen?

God and the devil had a conversation, and the devil said that people believe in God only when life is good for them. When things turn bad, they cease to believe in God. The people blame God for acts as if he does not exist. God therefore, allowed the devil one century in which to exercise an extended power over the world. The devil chose the 20th century. Today, as we can see all around us, everyone is dissatisfied, they cannot abide each other. Examples are the excessive number of divorces and abortions. All this is the work of the devil.

Edit. God willed that man should be left in the hand of his own counsel. In other words, man is responsible for his own actions.

I love this point that you have brought to light, I have said this many times myself! God give us free will to make our choices in life, however, if we stupidly make an unwise choice and suffer bad consequences it is by no means God's fault. God will help us though when we make mistakes. If we pray to him and work in harmony with our prayers. ...though we shouldn't expect him to miraculously take away all of our problems. Sometimes help may come in the form of Him helping us to endure our circumstances.

I understand I might have made some bad decisions that have got me in bad situations, but isn't God suppose to help you when you make mistakes? I have been praying for help to no avail.

because when something bad happens its proof to people that their is no god like if someone dies on their way to church they say god took them but really just an accident or if u lay on the tracks of a train and say god will save me and the guy dies.

God is almighty as you say so couldn't he stop those bad things happening to you? Exactly.

But not everything bad that happens to people is their fault - like abuse, neglect or something else. Sometimes it's down to the sin of someone else. But if we pray, God can deliver us.

Because it is always easier to blame someone else

than to take responsibility for foolish decisions we make

if god is good why can't he solve current world problem?

holy book is not solely from bible. it is UNLIMITED!

its because there are people living very good life following other religion.

they see tat and fall away from their faith.
