Brady Bill Pardon Question?

28 years ago I was found guilty 4th degree domestic violence. Brady Bill blocks me from owning a firearm. How do I go about getting a pardon? I know when this bill went through there were like 12,000 police who needed a pardon to keep their job..

28 years ago is a long time ago.

A DV case is a case of violence, now depending on the total severity of the DV would be the grounds for an appeal.

Under the Dv laws any assault was considered the same severity so the attorney is going to have to show just cause as to why this DV was different.
