Is there a music editing Program?
Is there a program that I can download off-line to cut/edit music for free? If yes will i be able to use the program more than one time? Thanks 10pts to best answer.

Yes, there is Audacity (Google it) and if you would like to create your own music as well check out Mixcraft. You can use it for free for a month I believe. If you want a sample of created music in music you can check this page out. It's my bands facebook page with my songs that I made with mixcraft. It's decent software but I'd reccomend giving both of those a try if you want it to be free. Hope it helps

In my adventure, i'm an amatuer recording artist, Audacity has worked wonders. It has over one hundred distinctive applications, you could delete issues out, upload issues in, velocity up, decelerate, edit out noise, develop or decrase pitch, or perhaps overlap distinctive areas of the music actual. That better section? this is freeware.
