La camicia con il gilet la metto sempre dentro, ma tanto non è che si veda più di tanto, in più se è un contesto informale puoi metterla come vuoi.

Dipende anche dal contesto..! Se hai un bel fisico, mettile in evidenza..Perciò dentro.
