You can be sore from having a lot of sex. By itself, that's normal. But "sore and swollen" sounds like it is a more serious concern.
The first thing I would want to check is whether this is simply a case of going too hard and too fast. Give yourself a little bit of a rest, so that it is no longer hurting, and then when you start having sex again after a few days or whatever, go slow. Have nice, gentle sex a few times over a week or two (whatever your normal pattern is) and see if the pain and swelling comes back. If so, then yes, it is time to see your doctor.
If there is a problem, it can be from several different causes, like not enough lubrication, or the guy going too deep, or an allergy to latex (if you are using condoms), or several other things. But start out with the easy stuff first. See if a little more gentleness is all it takes.
Good luck, honey, and I hope this helps.

sounds like you have been having rough sex. you should try going at it slow and easy. if you're still sore and swollen then you might want to go see a doctor. It could be also from doing it to much. Take a break and let it rest for a few days and then see what happens.

it happens but you might want to consider using some lubrication and telling your guy to slow down during sex this should minimize the swelling and soreness. If you notice anything like thick white fluid you might have a yeast infection in which case yes you should see a doc.
