How would you rate the pain of braces after getting them on ? 1-10.

My nose ring is a stud with a flat backening on the inside of my nose. I had my nose pierced on may 5th and everything was ok up until this week. I clean it twice a day with the saline solution they gave me and sea salt soaks ( i alternate between the two). Well my skin has surroundened the piercing (almost like the nose ring is sinking into my nose. I don't know what to d. I also have a bump on the inside of the piercing in front of the flat piece. Could this bump be making my piercing smaller. I know its to soon to change the piercing because i've only had it for 1 week and 4 days. What should i do, because i just want to give up and take it out but i still love it. Thanks for your help and no negative comments please.

So i got my nose pierced at a parlor on friday and i know this question has been answered many times but i seen none of my symptons. The piercer did everything right, used new, clean, and sterile needles. Now i clean it twice a day (once with the saline solution they gave me, and once with salt water (i used regular salt, is that wrong ?) but it was the first week i got it, but yesterday it started pussing and crusting. Its now swollen and the swollenist is covering almost the whole piercing. It looks like the ring is getting sucked in and it itches. Is this normal ? or should i be worried ? Has this happen to someone else before and how do i get it regular loooking again ?

Ok so I had sex in dec 7th & that was my fertile period & I didnt use protection, but then I had sex again the 21st unprotected. The next day (22nd) I wokeup to bleeding & bad cramps & backache. I was supposed to have my period the 25th. It only lasted 2 days & was a really light pinkish color & the 3rd day a brownish yellow discharge.
