In light of Congressman Weiner's scandal has the meaning of "pull a Weiner" changed?

...or does it still have pretty much the same meaning as always?

Update:

context makes all the difference. if a hot dog vender pulls a weiner out of his steamer and places it on a bun, that would be a good thing. (if you like weiners anyway). But if you pull a Weiner while video chatting with women you hardly know, that's not so good. most public scandals result in the name of the pepetrator being associated with the nature of the scandal. If someone got a Lewinski, well most people would know what that implied. But Weiner is already so suggestive and the nature of the offense so similar to that pre-existing suggestion, that it is redundant to use him as a euphemism.

I don't know about that but the expressions "exposing Weiner" and "Weiner exposed" have now certainly taken on more than one meaning. And to be Frank, this very response could be considered a "Weiner roast".

That's a real nice way of putting it James. Glad you're not being hard on the guy. After all, Weiner has been whacked around a lot this past week.

It works better if you phrase it "being a weiner", like if you were to add details to this question stating that it was hacked but the toaster is still loyal, and then later say that you're not sure if that's you're question, then when you pick a BA you admit that it was your question. Saying "you're being a weiner" might work better since democrats find the phrase "you lie" to be racist.

Wait... what did "pull a Weiner" mean before this?

It sounds like a recipe for disaster if you tell the girl to "pull it."

I think that's a little premature however Weiner did change his story, turning Weinergate into Weiner-flop.

Elegant proof these (tax-payer funded, Public-Servants) get paid too much & have way too much free time.
