Will Ps3 Jailbreak Mess Up My Ps3?
THIS IS NOT FOR ME! my cousin wants to jailbreak his ps3 and he found a working jailbreak for 3.60. But if he does hack it will he geet in trouble? with sony? otherwise he wont do it but he really wants to so plz write back as soon as possible
For ONE person that said there is NOT a working jailbreak then youre wrong. There is your just jealous you cant find one :/

Its illegal and he will receive a permanent band from PSN and anything else you can get via Sony on the PS3.

He did not find a working jailbreak for 3.60, as one does not exist yet. Most likely it is a corrupt PUP installer package, and he WILL brick his PS3 trying to install it.

I don't know if that is a good idea to do that right now since Sony just came back online with new security software updates since the server got hacked. You should wait a bit

Like DaffyDilly said, it is 1) illegal and 2) it'll get banned from PSN. Also, if it's done wrong, the PS3 can be bricked, so it would make a giant paperweight or doorstop. So it's highly inadvisable.

I know someone who did it, but he can't go online with it, why would anyone want that?
