What are some good speakers you can blare at full volume and not damage?
Like for parties, events, and dj' s. I need theses for a reasonable price. I live in the southern U.S.

Any speaker at all.
Just make sure the Watts on the speaker specifications are greater than the Watts on whatever you are using to drive them.
If you have 200 Watt-per-speaker speakers, don't drive them with more than 100 Watts per channel.
(I purposely included a safety factor of 50% due to ratings differences. It is much easier than defining the differences between peak and average power.)
If you have a very powerful amplifier, you'll need very powerful speakers.
Start small and build up as your business grows.
(Sell off the older equipment as you outgrow it, it will save $$$.)
