HELP ! I WANT TO TAKE MY NIPPLE RINGS OUT?

I want to take them out but can't it hard. Maybe I'm not doing it right.I have the barbell rings plz help ! ! !

    I used to have both my nipples pierced. You just need to unscrew it and kinda wriggle it out.

    You need to in order to clean them.

    if it still isnt working, maybe you should visit a piercing shop for help on how to deal with your piercing a bit better.
