Best Buy Geek Squad Question?
Hi, thank you for opening this thread. I purchased a Razer Mamba from Best Buy around 6 weeks ago (4/29 to be exact) and it no longer works wirelessly after failed firmware update. Thankfully, I have purchased Geek Squad Black Tie on the product and will try to go there tomorrow. I have never used Geek Squad before so I want to know what will it like. Also, will they replace my mouse immediately or do I have to wait? Thanks for your time and answers in advance!
