I try to go to YouTube and it says 403 Forbidden?

Heres exactly what it says:

403 Forbidden

Code: AllAccessDisabled

Message: All access to this object has been disabled

RequestId: AACDC253DF048986

HostId: VFaubKSMmHXzgj1InyfhyWMiuREhPtWk4V25sh9Y6qV/HIVspOzuG8Vs8HEihHaJ

And when i refresh the host id and the request id change

    Exactly as it says. Either a work issue - e.g. companies which forbid watching Youtube in work hours - or a browser problem. Or could be a software bug, but Apple never has those, right?
