Can't kill process in Windows 7?

What the heck is wrong with it? It says "Access Denied" when I'm trying to kill a process. I'm the administrator of the computer, I created the damn process... why can't I kill it? It just sits there wasting CPU, RAM... 'cause I can't kill the damn thing...

This never happened to me back when I was using XP. Why is Microsoft limiting what I can do on my own computer !?!? If I'm an admin, I want to be an ADMIN, and not be limited to what I can do. If I want to delete C:\Windows, I should be able to do it... but it doesn't let me!

Update:

P.S. the process is utorrent.exe, and there are like 5 instances open that I can't kill.

Try Logging in to your computer as a Local Admin.

Open up your Win7 in the safe mode. You'll find that ther'es a user called Administrator. Login Using it , Kill That Process , or try to remove the program that uses it. If you can't find the program then it's a VIRUS.
