Conservatives & liberals always fight on the death penalty, but i've found the solution?

Though that sounds like what Cuba, N. Korea, Soviet Union, China & ISLAMIC countries would do, National Socialist (Privatize Cronyism; Tribal/Ethnically Oriented or Religiously Oriented (Islam)) or Communist Socialist (Public cronyism; nationally, tribally, politically, nobility, anti-religion or pro-religion) would do.

A governing body's job first & foremost is to protect its Sovereign from foreign or domestic threats to protect its way of life from abruptly changing its costumes, language, rights, prestige & rule of law into their will, domineering or not. A sovereign concern is for the prosperity of its self reliance through its citizens self reliance & defend that self reliance with a strong military/law enforcement, to provide a safe environment for its law abiding citizen to live in, not for the criminals.

In California the law abiding citizens are subliminally being told to arm themselves & pass judgement when depending them selves from criminals because its governing body is to soft to pass judgement or keep them behind bars even if it they have to cram them like sardines like in Columbian, Peruvian, & South East Asian Prisons. Its as if prison population is used to extort or pressure the public to appropriate more funds to support everyone employed in the justice system with higher income.

Criminals made the choice to rob, accessory to heinous crimes, murder, kidnap & rape, not the pubic or their victims. It's not society's fault that they are in prison, but their own. Cuba, China, Islam, Middle East, USSR, Peru, Columbia, Africa, Lurigancho, Devils Island, & hunter gathering bushmen are more efficient in dealing with these low lifes.

They don't need recreational rooms lawns, cafeterias, or shower heads, rather, they can have hoses in the cells to wash themselves with, food can be serve in the cell. Everyone should stay in a 4x3 or 5x4 capsulated cell indefinitely till they serve their time or death sentence is carried out. They can only come out to do chores. Prisons should be build 20 or more stories up with exit/entrance at the lowest level below a gauntlet of prison guard security & offices.

In Africa, the Middle east & some southeast Asian countries, you may not get a trial when captured, especially if you have a long rap sheet. On the spot will be the last breath never seeing a courtroom. Over there they really mean two strike you're out no matter what it is you did. The whole town or a large number of people gets involved to enact punishment when they witness a thief an armed robber, home invader, rapist, murderer, they get hold of before the police or military do, though at times it could be of mob criminal behavior or prejudice such as naive liberal "Lara Logan" experienced for herself.

It is ironic that persons caught in the act in public view or surveillance, are afforded a trial. A hearing & a sentence perhaps, but a trial.

Jared lee Loughner, Jason Rodriguez, Omar Thornton, Jennifer San Marco, and many others whose guilt are in public view & in plain sight with the police on the scene when the crime is taking place, should just be sentence right away. Anybody who would use a weapon of any type to commit murder/mass murder, rape/homicide, home invasions, kidnappings & armed robbery or any theft white/blue collar, over a hundred thousand of a sovereign's currency should be executed within a year of sentence. Those who acts in self defense or protect property are within their rights & honor. If there are two individuals who want to resolved their dispute in a duel, let it be permitted but only with a thorough review of the dispute. The coward who resolves in drive by-s or ambush attacks should be remove of the advantages of his or her cowardliness.

Any low life will claim innocence, but only those with some courage & a stint of honor will accept responsibility. 1% or less may indeed be innocent, that is why the U.S. compensate them. But accessories or an individual who are among a group who may not have pulled the trigger is still guilty for in a group everyone is embolden or encourage to act heinously & commit crime.

Governing bodies send people to die & kill in battle, die in experimental vehicles (space/aircrafts), die in forest/building fires, & die as peace officers who may put down an unresponsive assailant towards surrender, yet they no longer wish to enforce its responsibility of providing a safe environment for its citizens by thinning the heard of criminals.

Half those on death row are now being found innocent. In philadelphia what they did was the would arrest 2 or 3 men for a crime, and beat one near death while another watched and another watched in private from each other. They would get a confession. In one beating he observed the police taking a chair and punctured the actual rapists testicles. The rapist was later freed for police brutality despite dna evidence because the cops tortured him for 11 hours and left him near dead. But the innocent married guy who watched this confessed and went to prison for quite some time.

In GA the governor found the police would prepare teh confessions and beat prisoners until they got the confessions. TUrns out the entire death row was not guilty.

In RI a man raped and murdered a little girl aspleep but because the cops were so stupid they decidded it was easier to blame the 13 year old brother. So they interviewed him and got him to make up a story about how he killed his sister even though on tape the boy said he did not, the cops said if he made it up it would help him remember because everyone knew he did it. Today the actual dna evidence proved the real murderer never even got arrested on the charge. The father, mother and son are emotionally scarred for life.

The problem is the police are insane, they don't do their jobs well. In anthony's case they left the body in the woods for a month despite 2 people calling it in earlier and even pointing it to them. THey are so inept and so stupid so that's why not.

In the last ten years or so, some where in the neighborhood of 200 death row inmates have been found to have been wrongly convicted and released from prison. There are no doubt many more innocent people still on death row and some will not be so fortunate. In a civilized society, especially in a country that beats the "we are a christian nation" crap to death, there should be no capitol punishment.

I think that someone who medically tests on a human being is a piece of garbage.

Anti death penalty arguments are either false or the pro death penalty arguments are stronger. Proof below.

The death penalty is a just and appropriate sanction and it saves additional innocent lives.

Ah, yes, the Nazi idea of human experimentation. Because they're sub-human, right?

Of course, many would argue that anyone suggesting such a thing is sub-human, themselves. Feel free to get in the front of the line.

It comes down to whether we should keep the death penalty for the sake of retribution or revenge even though it isn’t effective in reducing violent crime, costs much more than alternatives and, worst of all, can lead to the nightmare of executing someone for a crime he didn’t commit.

I simply don't trust the government enough to give them the power to kill citizens, or sell them for medical experiments.

I've seen this movie. Then the prisoner being tested on gains super strength and regeneration, and escapes on a killing spree, and only Chuck Norris can stop him.

Yeah, that will go over well. Liberals don't even want us sticking dirty needles in their arms or using a "bad" drug to kill the POS. As if they'd consent to medical testing.
