Microsoft windows update: Hotfix KB2387530---HELP!?
I want to uninstall a Microsoft Windows 7update : Hotfix KB2387530 that was installed on my desktop in march. I want to do so because I have a feeling that this is the update that caused my driver not to work. (my wireless adapter randomly stopped working sometimes in march. i bought a new adapter thinking the problem was with the adapter but it still doesn't work with the new adapter. I get a message saying "there might be a problem with the driver for the wireless network connection adapter" Also, I plugged in my flash drive in the same port and it works fine) anyway i did some research and found out that a windows update may have caused this problem. SO, do you think it is safe to uninstall this update? i dont even know if this is the update that caused the problem... what should i do? Please help. thank you SO much
If i restore, everything i did after march (pictures, docs) will be gone?
Also.. how do i do a restore? (sry i dont know much) thanks!!
do you think thats a better thing to do? what if it doesnt work after i restore...

You don't have to restore your computer to earlier date. Just go to ``Action Center`` in windows 7, and open ``windows update`` under ``maintenance``. In the Windows update box - on the left in the bottom you will see ``installed updates`` which shows you the list of updates installed on your computer and You can uninstall any update yo dont want to be in you Computer.

Have you tried System Restore? It brings the computer to a time before certain big changes to the system. I'd say check to see if you have a system restore point to before you installed the update, and restore it to that point, then write back saying whether it worked or not.
