A few weeks. I go through cycles in my free time. I use the internet for a month and when I get tired of that I usually take up reading. When reading becomes dull I usually listen to music or play Playstation.

When I went backpacking on part of the Appalachian trail, I was away from a computer for over two weeks.

Two months. When I go to Hawaii in the summers, I don't use the computer. Otherwise, I'm attached to it!
It's a horrible habit. Even when I'm in Hawaii, I'm using my iPhone to get on Facebook. So in a way, I'm never truly disconnected. :-(
