Somebody shamelessly stole my Youtube video! What can I do?

When I went to her page to messager her nicely about it I noticed that she has comments from other people demanding she take their videos down! So apparently, she does this on a regular basis.
I worked pretty hard at editing that video for moms and daughters who aren't well off enough to afford american girl dolls. It took me time and research. And for her it was as simple as downloading and uploading it again!
I hope somebody can help me.

Flag the videos for infringing on your rights.
Perhaps they were just trying to help in your crusade to advertise cheaper dolls.

Contact her and ask her to politely remove the video or if not you could block her and add a name tag at the bottom of the video with your account name on it to prevent her from stealing your future vids and report her
