Is cannabis hemp candy sold in Amsterdam worldwide legal?
My friend is going to send me a parcel and she wants to mail me some cannabis candy. I have never tried it before and it was sold at the local souvenir store. I know this kind of candy won't get you high or something, but is it legal to mail it? We are just not sure if the candy contains thc .

If it contains Marijuana:
If it does not contain THC it is not special enough to warant sending round the world, if it does contain it, it is illegal all over the world.
He can ask in the shop where he buys it, but even if it does not contain THC it can be stopped and confiscated at the customs check on the mail.
Your risk.
If it does not contain marijuna but is only in the shape of weed it can be safely send.

I've seen those candies. As legal as the adi-hash t-shirts and all the other rubbish they try to sell to the drugs tourists.
