Recovery Disk for Windows Vista, Toshiba Satellite?

I am looking for a way to restore a hard drive for my Toshiba Satellite. I have no recovery disk for the computer but I do have a working hard drive for it. Is there any way to copy boot up files to a USB Flash drive and use that to boot up my other hard drive? Or is there a download online (free) that I could use to get the hard disk booted up?

Update:

When I tried to just straight copy, meaning right click and copy the Boot files to my USB port, I did get the option to boot from the USB drive but it gave me this error:

PXE-e61: Media test fail.

PXE-m0f: Exiting PXE Rom.

Invailid patition table.

And then it wouldn't do anything besides sit there on that error screen. I tried disabling my LAN and all other network boot up options and I disconnected by internet cable and all other things connected to my computer.

The reason I cannot get a CD to boot from is because the CD drive does not work on this laptop. It will not read or burn CDs.

To recover all types of deleted files you can download Wondershare Data Recovery -> http://j.mp/1qaIAvR

Any time that a file is deleted on a hard drive, it is not erased. Instead, the information that points to the location of the file on the hard drive is erased. This pointer, along with other pointers for every folder and file on the hard drive, is saved in a section near the beginning of the hard drive and is used by the operating system to compile the directory tree structure. By erasing the pointer file, the actual file becomes invisible to the operating system. Eventually, the hard drive will write new data over the area where the old file is located. The data recovery utilities search for data on the hard drive that does not have corresponding pointer information and present you with a list of these files. Your chances of fully recovering a file diminish the longer you wait after you deleted the file since the probability that the file has been overwritten increases.
