She is not doing her job and her housekeeper lives here and think she has more rights than the rest of us. Where can i make a complaint to since she listens more to her employees instead of her tenants.

Call you Congressman or Senator. It is their job to take care of things like this. Or maybe whoever owns the place.

it comes down to what you can prove.. you may be able to call up her boss and say what you said, and have the boss come out and check things out.. but unless you can prove all this, there is not much you can do.
