    ANYTHING can constitute a need for an emergency fishing trip:

    the salmon, tuna, yellow perch are running... emergency.

    just had a baby... emergency.

    kid graduated kindergarten... emergency.

    found a dollar. five dollars. quarter... emergency.

    what l'm trying to say is, is... uhh... I DON' NEED NO STINKIN' REASONS FOR AN EMERGENCY FISHING TRIP!!

    and to answer the question (so l don't get deleted for abuse of policy), l need one. it has been more than a month since l have been fishing. if that doesn't constitute an emergency, nothing does.

    I've NEVER heard of a fishing trip, that was an EMERGENCY
