Ron Paul brought up the past too-Japan for instance. Ron has studied history and lived a lot of it. That is one reason he can put us in perspective. Modern Democrats seem not to be able to remember two years.

I was not aware that Newt said Nazi references all the time. I have not paid too much attention to him. I'll look out for it. However the actual Nazis are an extremely important historical reference. The more you know about history, the more you realize how many of our current troubles are directly tied to the Nazis. They are basically the reason we have military all over the world-that military presence which at times prevents wars and at other times causes them.
