Let's get the terminology sorted out first. Declensions are about what NOUNS and ADJECTIVES do when you go from case to case.

VERBS don't decline, you conjugate their different tenses, moods and voices in Latin. Now let's deal with the issue of "fugio", which is a THIRD CONJUGATION verb. You will find this verb's full conjugation at

    http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/fugio

Wind down the page to "Inflection" and click the "Show" link to reveal every form of the verb. As you will see:

SECOND PERSON SINGULAR IMPERFECT INDICATIVE ACTIVE: fugiēbās

SECOND PERSON PLURAL IMPERFECT INDICATIVE ACTIVE: fugiēbātis

SECOND PERSON SINGULAR FUTURE INDICATIVE ACTIVE: fugiēs

SECOND PERSON PLURAL FUTURE INDICATIVE ACTIVE: fugiētis

If you want to find out more about verb forms in the third and fourth Latin conjugation, see:

Done with a basic knowledge of Latin.

In 3rd declension, future is done with an "e" as the theme-valve. So fugis would be fuges. Imperfect is standard across the declensions, it's always ebas.

4th declension future would be fugies.
