Do question askers get their 5 points back when the question gets deleted?

When the sleazy amazon referral spammers vote themselves as "best answer", and I report it, the entire question gets deleted immediately (about 98% of the time). Does the user who posted the question get their 5 points back?

Update:

Clarification:

I am referring to questions that have already been resolved by voting.

    No.

The only time an asker recovers his/her 5 points is when 'No Best Answer' wins the most votes to a question in voting.

Once a question has been resolved, it CAN still be reported if it's in violation, and any answer given can also be reported if the answer is in violation. A violation always costs the person who receives it 10 points.

In the case of a Best Answer already chosen, if it is reported (and subsequently deleted as a violation), the ANSWER gets the violation and loss of points. For the asker, the question simply isn't there anymore. NO notification, NO loss of points, NO anything. Points are not returned.

expensive BugsBiteBack, whilst the asker has deleted his question, he does no longer get any factors decrease back because of the fact it truly is like a punishment for deleting the question. The answerers who spoke back the question do shop the two factors :)
