How to search for a file in windows 7 which has a search keyword in its name?

I hate search in windows 7, even the CMD search using 'dir' command works better, and the keywords are just making it worse.

I have an icon collection, and I need some icons, one of them contains 'size' it the filename, and another one contains 'picture'.

However, in windows 7 search, these are keywords. If I type 'size', it turns blue and shows all the images in the collection. If I type 'picture', it think I'm looking for any file that is a picture, and also shows all the images.

How in the world can I search in windows 7?

Update:

Note: I refer to images and icons as the same thing.
