If game 7 was in Boston, and the Bruins won the cup....?
would Tyler Seguin (19) be allowed to take part in the champagne party? He is 2 years younger than the States' "legal" drinking age.

I am 19 and participate in festivities that include alcoholic beverages and so much consumption that has lead me to steal some of the craziest stuff.
I don't see who or what would stop him, everybody would be in a cheerful mood...including the cops.

The important thing would be The Boston Bruins will have won The Stanley Cup for the first time since 1972. I could care less whether Tyler Seguin is allowed to take part in the Champagne Party. He certainly willl be wearing The Official Stanley Cup Champion T-Shirt and Cap and will get to take the Cup Home sometime this year. There will be celebrations all across New England, that is what matters to me. They could give him Non-Alcoholic Beverages for all I care. Your curiosity cost you 5 points in asking this question, while all respondents who answer it get 2 points.

NOBODY would care if he drank some champagne after winning a Cup. If you want to be a stickler about it a attorney could argue that he was participating in a private celebration... he might even have parents in the building. Anyway, no law enforcement would get involved, this is such a controlled environment. It would be like arresting a hockey player for assault if he got in a fight during a game. It just wouldn't happen.

The offense coulda scored in OT interest 4. The protection coulda no longer enable that objective in, and Rukka coulda stopped it, too. The education could have not allowed the too many adult adult males on the ice penalty on the top of that interest. this became right into a team failure, and there is not any way around that.

I promise you if the Bruins win tonight, it will be a long time before any of the Bruins has to buy a drink, Tyler Seguin included.

If the legal drinking age is as stated, by law,"no he will not be drinking at the party!lol This being said, I think he would attend and most likely have a couple drinks. I could not really find anything on facebook or google that even hints he drinks alcohol. Good luck on finding solid evidence! Good Day~Murray

I think you're able to DRINK alcohol at 19 (I think with parental consent or the like), you just can't have any in your car, or become intoxicated, etc.
Btw, I think if the Bruins do win, Tyler Seguin will be happy to have this problem and if he legally can't drink, I think he'll get over it. I'm sure he'll be drinking plenty of champagne back at the hotel or in Boston lol.

If Seguins gets the cup, I'm sure he wouldn't care if he was drinking milk out of a bottle. If it's a win for the B's, that kind of stuff doesn't matter. :D

More people think Canucks will be the 2011 Stanley Cup Champions this year after defeated Bruins in the finals.

He wouldn't be allowed, but he'd still do it. That's kind of what happened with Jordan Staal when the Penguins won the cup, and I think he got arrested for it. But yeah, Seguin would party
