Yeah right. They just moved numbers around. I really want in on their scam operation. It's probably impossible to pay that money back in that time frame unless they are selling cars for triple what they are. In reality I'll bet they just took some bailout money from other sources and/or subsidiaries and used that to pay the bailout money that the main company received. That's what I would hav done anyway and thus scored a big PR event.

Using taxpayer money (TARP) to pay the taxpayers back is what happened, and the government gave GM $49 Billion in exchange for stock.

the issue is that the government gave away too lots funds to start with. i comprehend the pel-grant-to-own loan ratio specific as hell would not artwork 40 5 - to -7 for scholars. GM paying its own loan lower back is a stable undertaking. Giving them 40 5 billion funds became no longer.
