You shoud read you have written and answered the question yourself. You have stated that you do not want to get hurt again. Clearly he has used you in the past, and you deserve somebody who will treat you with courtesy, gentleness and respect. Say no. You have said you are not sure if you want to be in a relationship. Say no. Because he is your ex it will be difficult to say no. However I can see that you really don't want to have him back as a BF, but say No. He may keep pestering you but keep saying no. You will only have to say this till he gets the message, you may have to say it a few times too. You really know in your heart what you want you find if difficult to say. Practice saying no. Say no. You will feel better afterwards

You cant blame him for the finger thing; YOU could have CHOSEN to stop him. But didnt. You never said why you guys broke up. But if you broke it off with him, then accept him again, he will continue to do the same thing. If you want to give a guy a message, then you draw the line at what you will and will not accept from him. By drawing the line I mean NO CONTACT. End of story. Good luck.
