I have little problem with my laptop and i don't know what to do, can you help me please?

each brand of laptop has different charger. looks like your adapter is not the correct one you plug in. if you continue plug in that may cause a problem on your laptop specially the hardware. each adapter have different output voltage because it matters on your laptop battery. there is no software issue here its all hardware issue.

I am having the same problem and yes it is with the power cord that comes with the laptop! I am noticing as I google that many have this issue. Still haven't found the answer I need yet to fix it. Good luck!

it looks like your adapter is dieing because i had this problem too and the repairman said the charger was dead because it said it couldnt be determined.. i got a new one and it was all fixed !

i got mine from an online store that had free lifetime warranty with the charger.. forgot the name.

It's not really clear what type of charger you're using. It sounds like it's not a compatible one to your laptop (did you get it from someone else?). Try to find someone which has a dell like yours and try his/hers charger.
