A spatial relationship is how 2 or more places, objects, or phenomenon relate to each other in space.

Because your topic is only 1 phenomenon, it sounds like the assigned question is worded poorly for your topic and is really asking you about the spatial context. I'd guess the instructor wants to know where your topic happens, why it happens there, and some other spatial dimensions of your topic.

For tornadoes you'll want to outline where tornado alley is located, and discuss the relationship between the collision of air masses and relatively flat lands to the occurrence of tornadoes. The spatial context introduces the other places, objects, and phenomenon so you can then discuss the spatial relationship between tornadoes and these other things.

    Confirm/discuss with the instructor.

A spatial relationship is the relationship between two spatial features in terms of space (which is distance).

I AM WORKING ON LAND SUFACE TEMPRATURE TO MONITOR THE DROUGH AS WELL AS COLD AND WARM EDGE, BASED ON MY OWN IDEA THE COLD AND WARM EDGE VARIES FROM JANUARY ONWARD, I.E. SPATIAL THERMAL VARIATION.

REGARING TORNADOES OR DUST STORM, IT IS TANGEBLE TO SURFACE WITH VARIATIONAL CIRCULAR ACCELERATION IS LIKE THE COLD AND WARM EDGE TO BE VARIANT AND TAKE OFF ALONG WITH GROUND AND AT LAST GONNA FINISH.

IN VERY SIMPLE WORDS SPATIAL REGARDS AS GRADUAL VARIATION IN SPACE
