A lean endomorph would look slightly smaller than Larry the cable guy or a lean version of Emeril, the popular chef. A well built ectomorph would look like a figure skater, dancer, gymnast, rock climber, runner, or triathlete (I throw gymnast in there, because accomplished ones are not built like neanderthals :). A mesomorph would be your classic neanderthal shape and look like your normal pro hockey player or mixed martial artist above 180 pounds and most american football players and rugby players.
