How to and how NOT to write a resume?
Please only answer if you're one of the human resources people or any other individual in a business or company that ACTUALLY looks at resumes.
The advice I'm looking for is more of a formatting issue.
Is more than one page too much for a resume?
Using color on a resume or just plain black and white?
Is there anything that makes you ignore a resume after you see it?
Is there anything you especially look for in a resume?
Really, I'm looking for any advice of any sort from people who actually have to go through resumes and decide who to hire.

1. Up to 2 pages is fine for resume
2. Black and white is better
3. Include the key phrases that match the position in a Summary because HR initially does pattern matching.
