photoshop CS5 question?

Hello,

I am trying to align 2 shots, both shot on the tripod, but it moved slightly between shots. but the 'Auto-Align Layers' in the edit menu is greyed out. can anyone tell me why, or how to get it to work please.

    You need to select all the layers you want to align first... then auto-align should work.

    Click on first layer then shift click on the last, to select all layers then auto align layers.
