I need help with an error on my computer?

I am getting a HTML Parsing Error when using the youtube and google site. The error is HTML Parsing Error KB927917: Unable to modify the parent container element before the child element is closed. When i refresh the page, it comes up blank. How can i correct this?

    Enter In your browsers in the option/preferences or settings and set the secutiry or safe mode on middle. I mean down the security or safe mode.
