Both women and men are strong. Some women and men are stronger than others but anyone has the potential to be strong. All someone has to do is exercise and work hard at becoming physically strong.

Its not about gender. It depends on the person. Usually men are physically stronger, but not all the time. And women have been medically proven to have higher resistance to pain than men. So were all strong, depends on the person:)

It depends on the lifestyle of the person. If the woman is up exercising all the time, and the man is sitting on the couch all day, then the woman. Or it could be the other way around.
