What are some vegetarian ways to use rosemary?

I am at a loss. My neighbor and I decided to grow two different gardens, hers herbs and mine veggies and we could swap. The veggies are a lot slower growing and we seem to have an overload of herbs. (although I have a ton of cucumbers). The last time I used rosemary I wasn't a veggie and used it on meats. Now I can't think of ways to use it. Thanks!

    Add some rosemary and garlic to potatoes, baked or mashed. Add it into breads for a wonderful scent and taste. Put it in your pasta bakes.

    On potatoes, butternut squash, roasted carrots and parsnips, infused in tea to make a nice refreshing iced tea, cooked into apples while making apple pie, also if you like poached pears or apples, throw it into the poaching liquid. I don't know if you like ice cream, but I have tasted an amazing lavender and rosemary scented ice cream before too.
