building muscle faster?

I'm 20 years old and go to the gym 4-5 days a week and have a good idea of what I'm doing when lifting weights. My ,muscles arn't as large as I want them to be or expect them to be. I am confused about the fact because I can lift the same and sometimes more than my friends who have larger muscles.

How can I increase size?

    I think it depends on your food intake. Though you go to the gym and workout for 4-5 days a week and yet you didn't eat healthy foods, then I guess you won't build muscles that easy. What you need to do is to continue your workout and at the same time eat healthy foods like veggies and fruits and avoid fatty foods..

    it depends tho are you eating junk food and going to the gym? that could be it.

    you have to eat healthy
