Help with Rite Aid application?

Okay so there's a section that says "describe a specific situation when you have provided excellent service in your most recent position." i haven't had a job since 2008 and that's because it was a summer job working with kids. I was 14 at them time and now i'm 17 and i don't know what to put on that section. help please ! i'm trying to get hired and sound smart lol!

I find that question pointless when they put that on there. I usually say something like, "In every situation involving customers I always try to provide the best service possible so they receive extreme satisfaction from their shopping experience." Or something to that affect. I hate it when businesses put that on an application because I believe it's not going to tell you much of anything about the person you're looking at. I hope I helped in some way.
