What is Call of Duty (Black Ops) all about?
I can't seem to find a summary of what the game is all about. Is it just shooting around or what? I think I read it is set in the second world war but what do you need to do in the game?
And finally: Why the * do people get sooo overexcited by that game? What is so damn special about it?

Black Ops takes place during the Cold War. The Single-Player is a flash-back of a character named Mason. The Multi-Player is all about seeing who is better and everyone likes competition. There are some games where it's just straight up killign and other where you have to capture the flag or defuse the bomb.
