upgrading graphis card?

iam upgrading my graphics card and iam not 100% sure if it is compatible my computer,my computer uses uses ddr2 memory and the graphics card is using ddr3 will this work?

    If your motherboard has a PCI-Express x16 slot, you can use any PCI-Express graphics card. Your computer doesn't care what kind of memory your graphics card uses.

    yes it will do if ur motherboard supports ddr3 graphics port
